We love beer so much you can taste it. We’re here to build community through the beer we brew & the place where we serve it. Our goal is simple: To provide an open, inviting place to relax with our beers among a laid-back community of family, friends & neighbors.
Family Health Partnership Clinic has been providing health care to the uninsured men & women of McHenry County since 1996. The Clinic is funded through private grants, foundations & community fundraising. Until the Clinic opened, there was no place in the county for people without health insurance except for the emergency room. The Clinic operates on a sliding fee scale, although no patient is turned away due to inability to pay. At registration, patients will be asked to provide some proof of income.
As the Clinic has grown, it has added more services to better provide for our patients - a dental clinic, a mobile outreach van, counseling, health coaching & physical therapy to name a few. The Clinic is integral in our county because when our patients are healthier, they are better able to contribute to their jobs, families & communities. We believe that as a community, we are responsible for one another.
The Care4 Breast Cancer 5K is an important fundraising event in my community for Family Health Partnership Clinic. FHPC provides health care to the uninsured in our county. All of the proceeds raised are used for breast health education, early diagnosis & screenings, annual exams, preventative care and more! FHPC is a nonprofit organization that does not rely on state ir federal funding and instead relies on grants, foundations, generous donors and events like the Care4. Together, we can make our community healthier and give everyone HOPE.
